Rivendell is a modern and comfortable 3 bed house situated in the Cornish town of Wadebridge, right on the doorstep of the popular Camel Trail cycle path and just a short drive from many of North Cornwall's most beautiful beaches.

The three-storey house sleeps 6 with 3 bathrooms.

Ground Floor: Games room with sofa, 3-in-1 games table, Smart TV, selection of board games. Shower room. Integral garage for bike/board storage and utility area including washing machine and tumble dryer.

Middle Floor: Open plan, modern kitchen, diner and lounge space, featuring real log burning stove. Private and enclosed decked area out the back and small balcony to the front.

Third Floor: Kingsize double bedroom with ensuite, twin room and bedroom with bunk beds. Main bathroom.
